CIGO! calculates a route for each driver, planning, and optimising their workday. It takes into account the best-route criteria of the customer, modifying the variables (such as fuel consumption, distance, time, price or loading capacity) and their weight depending on the company’s priority.
With CIGO! the office has real-time access to the geolocation of each unit, and the interaction between Mobile App and Web App creates a bidirectional communication channel to send text notification, images or files. The location tracking system keeps record of the units’ positioning even when they have no internet access. The data is stored in the mobile devices and sent to the backoffice application as soon as the connection is reestablished.

CIGO! is not only a route optimiser, it also includes the possibility to use our workforce management tool connecting a web service and mobile app to keep track of the work performed by your drivers. Our tool allows creating tasks, managing them on real-time while receiving reports and track of usage.
With CIGO! the office can create new tasks for all of their drivers and edit the type of information that the driver will receive in order to complete it. The driver has an app that’s it’s an open real-time communication with the office, any change in their tasks will be received at the same moment and where the driver can report back as well. The drivers can upload pictures, files and report incidents for their tasks. The office will receive a live account of the completeness of the tasks for each of their workers.
